TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Best Life Ever Mastermind

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use (“TOU”) carefully. You must agree to these TOU before you are permitted to use any Laura Conley Coaching, LLC (“Company”) digital or downloadable resources, online courses, one-on-one or group coaching, classes, programs, events, workshops, or trainings, or enter any online private forums or communities operated by Laura Conley Coaching, LLC (collectively “the Program”).

If you do not agree to these TOU, you may not participate in the Program.

As used in these TOU, “Releasees” refers to Laura Conley Coaching, LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, owners, members, managers, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, representatives, successors, assigns, volunteers, and Laura Conley.

The Program

The Best Life Ever Mastermind is a high-touch, high-vibe, 6-month coaching experience designed for women ready to go all in on their dreams. This Program is for individuals aged 18 and older. Company disclaims all liability for use by individuals under 18.

As part of the Program, for six (6) months you will receive:

  • Weekly Small Group Coaching Calls

  • Unlimited Voxer Support for ongoing coaching between calls

  • Monthly 1:1 Coaching Sessions for personalized, focused support

  • Bonus In-Person Retreat Day for connection, breakthroughs, and alignment

  • Access to all Program materials and resources

  • Access to a private online community

Company may offer additional bonus opportunities at its sole discretion; participation is not guaranteed or included in base Program enrollment.

Payment

You agree to the fee and payment schedule selected at checkout. The Program offers a pay-in-full option and a 6-month installment plan.

  • Pay in Full: One-time payment at registration.

  • 6-Month Payment Plan: 6 equal payments; first charged at registration, remaining charged monthly.

By choosing a payment plan, you commit to completing all payments.

You authorize Company to automatically charge your card for all due payments, and to share necessary payment information with third-party processors. Failure to pay may result in immediate termination of Program access.

If you withdraw voluntarily or fail to complete payments, you remain responsible for the full Program cost. Company reserves the right to charge late fees and collect legal or collection costs for overdue payments.

Refund Policy

Best Life Ever Mastermind has a no refund policy. By enrolling, you acknowledge that all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, unless otherwise required by law.

Company does not tolerate chargebacks or chargeback threats. Any chargeback will be considered a violation of these TOU and may result in reporting to credit bureaus or other entities, as permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All Program content—materials, recordings, designs, graphics, workbooks, templates, etc.—remain the property of Company. You receive a revocable, non-transferable, personal-use-only license. You may view, download, or print materials for your personal use only.

You may not reproduce, republish, share, sell, or use Program content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in damages of at least $5,000 or five (5) times the Program fee, plus legal remedies.

Your Contributions: Use in Testimonials and Marketing

By participating, you grant Company an unlimited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use any content you voluntarily post, submit, or share during the Program (including comments, posts, photos, or videos) for marketing or other purposes.

You consent to the use of your likeness, name, voice, and image in photos, recordings, or materials captured during the Program without compensation.

If you do not wish to grant this license, you must notify Company in writing prior to participating.

Coaching Relationship

The coaching relationship is a co-creative partnership. Your coach agrees to:

  • Provide support and guidance through group and 1:1 sessions

  • Offer resources, coaching tools, and encouragement

You agree to:

  • Participate fully in calls, assignments, and activities

  • Use coaching as support, not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, psychological)

  • Seek independent professional guidance as needed

Conduct

The Program is a pitch-free zone. You may not market, sell, or promote products/services to other participants.

You agree to:

  • Engage respectfully and supportively with others

  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior

  • Not share other participants’ private information outside the Program

Company reserves the right to remove any participant violating these TOU, without refund.

Confidentiality

Company will make reasonable efforts to keep Program information confidential but is not legally bound by confidentiality. You agree to keep confidential any private information shared by other participants.

You consent to Program sessions (including group coaching calls) being recorded and shared within the Program.

You may not share recorded content or private community posts outside the Program.

Participation Requirement

Active participation is required. If you are inactive (“lurking”) for more than 60 days, Company may terminate your access without refund. You may reapply at current rates.

Termination

Company may terminate your participation at any time, without refund, for violating these TOU or disrupting the Program. Upon termination, you must stop using Program materials and access.

Assumption of Risk; Disclaimers

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including personal injury, illness, or property damage. Coaching is not therapy or a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

No results or earnings are guaranteed. Your success depends on your own effort and circumstances.

Company provides Program and content “as is” and disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Legal Disputes

These TOU are governed by Colorado law. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.

The prevailing party in a legal dispute may recover attorneys’ fees and costs.

General Provisions

Company may update these TOU with notice to you. Continued participation constitutes agreement to updated terms.

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.

These TOU constitute the entire agreement.

By enrolling in the Best Life Ever Mastermind, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Use.
